Conform Deciziei ANPA nr.116/21.04.2017 se stabilesc zonele de pescuit propuse în vederea încheierii de contracte. TABELUL CONȚINE EXPLICIT ZONELE DE PESCUIT UNDE SUNT CONTRACTE IN VIGOARE. Pentru zonele de pescuit unde nu sunt contracte în vigoare, se pescuieşte liber în baza permisului ANPA, fără plata cotizației către nici o asociație.

Conform Ordinului Ministerului Agriculturii nr.60/13.03.2017 se stabilesc următoarele:

Pentru județul Bacău, având în vedere faptul că zonele de pescuit nu sunt contractate de nici o asociație ( CRE Bacău sau AJVPS Bacău), puteți solicita ANPA eliberarea acestui tip de permis.
Conform Deciziei ANPA nr.83/27.03.2017 se stabileşte faptul că incepând cu data de 1 iunie se pot depune solicitări de către asociații pentru încheierea de contracte pe zonele de pescuit, iar începând cu 15 iunie aceste solicitări vor fi evaluate. (Art.1 şi Art.2)

OBSERVAȚII:
Este cert faptul că la data deschiderii sezonului de pescuit, adică 31 mai 2017 pe cele mai multe zone de pescuit pescuitul se va efectua liber, fără taxe, în baza permisului ANPA.
